Thanks - Does anyone also know how to link Business Contacts with Outlook contacts - I can only see how to do it manually. - Chris

Thanks. I turned it on once, but re-installed after I "down"graded for a while back to 2003 (to get compatibility with Avaya IP office. When I "up"/"side?" graded back to 2007 again, I knew I had figured this out somehow, but I just googled it and came right across your tip. THANKS A LOT!

Great article. Like many others I searched Outlook and Microsoft in vain. Should have Google'd you earlier!

This is very helpful. Removed a lot of frustration.

Having said that...is there any way to make the links more meaningful. For example, say I have two separate contacts who are spouses. In the "spouse" field on each contact, I have entered the other person's name. Is there anyway to make that name a hyperlink that would take me to the spouse's contact? This would be REALLY useful for the "manager's name" field as well.

Again, thanks for the info.

You have answered a question I've had for over a year. Thank you so very much. It's crazy to me that Microsoft would hide that field and make users think they have to use Business Contact Manager. BCM doesn't play well with a lot of cell phones or Outlook contacts. I don't want to have to re-enter all of my contacts just so I can link contacts to each other. Thank you!!!!!

AND the Contacts linking field shows up everywhere else, too!!! I can link Contacts to Calendar Appointments, Journal Entries, and Tasks, just like I could when I used Outlook 2003 :D
